Temple Road Yin
Slow, passive holds along with ball work and breath are designed to encourage release in the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine. In this practice, the muscles are relaxed, allowing for a gentle release in the joints and connective tissue. Each Yin pose is held for 3-5 minutes to stimulate the flow of energy. Open to all levels.

This class provides an opportunity to experience the main energy centers and pathways of the body using asana, ball work, pranayama and meditation. The vitality of the chakras are a key component to our overall health and wellbeing. These experiential practices encourage curiosity, awareness and surrender to what is showing up in the moment. Every Thursday during October in Releasing the Upper Back, Neck & Shoulders. Special sequences used with a therapeutic yoga practice to help you alleviate pain and promote health around your neck, shoulders and the upper back areas of your body. Did you know 8 out of 10 Americans will experience back pain at some point in their lives? Did you know that back pains is one of the most preventable and manageable dis-eases? By working with Tai in this 4-week series, you will be able to take these great tools home as a part of your daily routine for enhancement of well-being. This practice is for ALL levels and ages. This series is no additional cost to Temple Road Student Members and can be taken like any regular class pass.
Beginner Hatha Yoga
Perfect for all levels, this class will help you release your pent up stress and tension to allow you to feel what it’s like to be fully in your body and the present moment. Through intuitively sequenced postures, and powerful breathing techniques we will open and strengthen our physical bodies in order to quiet the mind and relax. All are welcome to practice!
This slower paced class is for anyone who is interested in building strength, flexibility, balance and agility. We work gently to increase range of motion in shoulders, back, hips and legs, to develop better balance, core strength and breath awareness. All levels welcome.
