Connected Warriors Yoga
This free yoga class focuses on learning skills proven to help service members and veterans connect to the present – leaving anxiety behind while learning to feel safe and in control. By lowering their hyper-vigilance and reactions to noise and stress, veterans can learn to sleep better and have more control over their emotions. The effects of an overseas deployment can often last for years. Soldiers often have unwelcome thoughts, emotions and memories – yoga techniques can be used to recall whole, healthy and intact memories that have not been touched by trauma. Open to veterans, service members and their families.
Temple Road Yoga
This class is an invitation to drop into the body and explore the effects of breath, movement and grace. Inspired by the message of Christ and an awareness that the body is a temple of the Divine; each month is dedicated to exploring a specific area of the temple. Open to all levels.
Christ Centered Movement
This is a class for anyone who to seeks know and experience Christ on a more intimate level. With child-like faith and curiosity, we will lean in toward the presence of Christ through breath, meditation and movement. Some time will be set aside for shared insights. Come as you are.
