Diane Barkell

Diane is a wife, Momma of 4 and Grand-mama of 2.  Her yoga practice began in 2010 and she completed her 200 hour training in 2011. Diane believes yoga is for everybody, and not every yoga practice looks the same. We are all made differently, by God. By definition, Yoga means “union”, a union with yourself, your heart, body and soul.  It is a practice, and in practice, your yoga becomes completely yours.

“It is my hope that your mat will become a place where you can reconnect with your body and your heart both spiritually and emotionally, and each time you leave class you feel a little lighter and Joyful.  My Mom once asked me, why I enjoy practicing yoga, all I could say was it makes me feel peaceful. I wish that for you.”
