SATURDAY, MAY 13TH 1-3:30PM, $40

Each of the MINDFUL MOVEMENT clinics breaks down different areas of the body in an effort to provide participants the opportunity to observe current movement patterns, explore new exercises, and build a mindful strength and flexibility practice.

Please bring your mat, a water bottle, pen, and notebook. There will be ample opportunity to take notes on all exercises and material, as well as time to ask questions along the way.
