This workshop provides in-depth integration of pain science, innovative pain self-management techniques, yoga philosophy and yoga practices. Participants will gain a solid foundation in pain science, yoga related to pain and pain management.

As a Pain Care Yoga Specialist, Swami Lisa guides movement teachers and health professionals to explore the important interrelationships of pain science, yoga, unconditional love and self compassion, integrating these into practical pain care solutions.
