Tai began her yoga journey in 2008. In sharing what her teacher’s have cultivated within her along the way, she is honored to give back what she has received and what she has been able to heal within herself!
She believes in sharing from her heart, giving her students a safe and loving space to move into their own Self to discover new possibilities. They are encouraged to release what no longer serves them by freely exploring their own body, mind and spirit with movement and breath! Tai comes from a Hatha Yoga background style of teaching with principles of Kundalini. Her goal is to combine flow with Hatha, Kundalini, fluidity, and Meditation. Pranayama is her primary focus to lead students to greater Awareness and help them build a beautiful, healthy, consistent home-practice.
