Come experience an evening of grounding, growth, and restoration. Set to Miriam’s Heartbeat and led by Miriam Jameson, the night will include an extended yin practice and 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra. Leave renewed, relaxed, and restored. (Space for this event is limited, so early

About Yoga Nidra:
Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique based on the biology of your own body. Meaning “yogic sleep,” just one hour of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as 4 hours of REM sleep.

A collaborative work of electronic sound vibrations, original word meditations, and evocative visuals meld together in Miriam’s Heartbeat. By combining three distinct art forms as the foundation for healing and ultimately personal growth, the album is purposefully designed to affect the body’s seven chakras through the use of binaural tones and frequencies.
